Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If for any reason you wish to return your order or part of your order then please contact customerservice@fulltimefits.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and with the tags.
Once your return has been approved you must send the order back within 14 days through a delivery service of your choice to the address provided.
Once the return has been received we will then process a refund which could take up to 2-3 business days to appear back into your bank account.
Unfortunately we cannot provide or subsidise a return shipping label unless for some reason there has been an error/mistake on our side.
Customers who wish to return items which 'do not fit' or 'do not like' will have to pay for their own shipping label.
